Our waiter, James, totally ignored us. We were a group of seven - after getting us water, we were basically forgotten. We got coffee - eventually. We got cream - eventually. We had to ask him after 30-45 minutes if we could order. He brought us our order, but didn't return to ask how anything was. My friend was out of coffee for almost the entire meal. The foodrunners and host did a better job than this waiter.
I had the pumpkin french toast with biscuits - oh, and James didn't bring us any jam for our biscuits, either (guess this should be renamed The PLAIN Biscuit) - and while the food was all right, it absolutely did not warrant the huge line outside when we left. All in all, we sat there for almost two hours - this was not due to any extra chatting on our part, it just took that long for James to get his act together.
I won't be suggesting this when my friends and I go out for brunch... and we LOVE brunch!
