  • Amazing. I was looking for a place to order youth eyeglasses for my son. I had called a few places before I called Waxhaw Family Vision and spoke with Tonya!! I was stressed out trying to find someone that had youth eyeglasses in stock and she was amazing. So pleasant and helpful. Even gave suggestions of websites to look at ahead of time so I could see what the brands looked like. Her help, professionalism, information and kind voice is what brought me to this practice. Fast forward to the next day when I went in to look at their inventory - they have a very nice sized selection of youth glasses. Tonya and Alan were both amazing. Typically I do not take my 4 year old with me to these appointments but his school was closed that day. He was extra extra vibrant that day to say they least and they understood that he was just a kid. Needless to say I will be stopping by the practice with any of my vision care needs.
