On a Saturday, with my iPhone 5s seemingly dead (would not do anything), I walked in to the Goodyear (on Dysart) store to find 4 people in line ahead of me. With 2 people receiving customers, I was taken care of within minutes and told that if they hadn't called me with a diagnosis within 2 hours to call them. 1 hour 35 minutes later I received a call to let me know they had opened the iPhone and it began working. After then disconnecting/reconnecting the battery, they put it back together and didn't charge me a dime. They recommended replacing the battery if the symptoms came back. Although I hope I never have to, I definitely will give uBreakiFix another try if one of my phones goes on the blink again.
