  • Luis is WONDERFUL, and the staff behind the counter so helpful and courteous too! Hubby had upgraded my wedding band years ago for an anniversary; but it was white gold & my engagement ring was yellow gold, so kept having jeweler (not here) dip rings. If you've done that you know it wears off & has to be redone regularly. Gets expensive with the do-overs. I found a great deal on white-gold diamond ring and met at Fast Fix to verify diamonds & gold before finalizing purchase. They were happy to help and for FREE, thank you very much. I bought the ring, but Luis warned me it had a loose diamond very close to falling out. I looked & sure enough, it really did. It was also ~ step 2, a few sizes too big for me, then step 3, needed to now separate the original set, and finally step 4, connect these new pieces together. Fast Fix & Luis did all of the above, I paid for this of course, but thought it was quite reasonable price for all steps and rings were done in a few HOURS. I was surprised when they gave me the pick up time. I had my rings that same afternoon all polished & sparkly. It is GORGEOUS. So happy with finished product, I was just bubbly. I've already gotten tons of compliments on the new set. I would post a picture but I don't know how! LOL.....
