  • After a horrendous experience at another Firestone in PHX last week I decided to give this location a shot. I will be coming back to this specific store from this point on. My appt was at 9am, the manager Kate was right at the desk helping customers and helped me as well. Very nice and very respectful. My truck was fixed and ready to go within under 2 hours. Kate was excellent the entire time even gave me a courtesy call when I was across the street jut to let me know what was going on and solution to the fix. This is what customer service should be like. Unlike what I went through last week at the Park Central location, this store treated me and other customers while I was there with respect and honesty. Thank you Kate and staff, I will be back!
