  • Yikes, I see I'm not the only one who was not impressed or should I say disgusted with the service at this Dairy Queen. I have been going to Dairy Queen for almost 10 years and I always ask for pup cups when I have my dogs. Well the response was that they don't do them anymore. I was like oh ok I get up to the window and I ask is it all dairy queens that have done away with pup cups 'uhhhh I don't know' with a snotty attitude is the response I get so i get my blizzards and I ask which one is the last one she handed to me so I can tell the two apart 'ughh I don't know' again! Really?!? I called the Dairy Queen on higley to see if they still do the pup cups and they do! And the service is nice so I think I'll take my business there. Too bad this new Dairy Queen is quickly building such a terrible reputation already.
