  • disappointed with jcp portraits. We had a 2pm appt scheduled on a Sunday, when we arrived there were still 2 families ahead of us, they told us we can walk around the mall and they would call us when we were next. an hour went by and still no call, I ended up calling myself and they said oh you guys can come here now if u want. when we got back to the studio no employees were in the front, waited another 20mins and nobody still came out to get us. ended up leaving because of their lack of consideration. still never even called me to apologize for not being able to see us for our 2pm appt. Worst customer service. never going back!
