  • Probably one of my favorite restaurants in PGH to really enjoy myself... (~$60 each) My friend & I made a reservation for Thursday night in case but it wasn't too busy when we got there. The place is pretty nice but not too fancy to the point of wearing a cocktail dress or a suit. The service was great; the waiters were really helpful in explaining what went into our dishes and giving suggestions. Started off with World Peas cocktail and Daisy cocktail... Both were great and light! Small Salumi board as an appetizer was just right for 2. We really liked the violet mustard spread. I'm biased to anything Duck related so I loved the duck slices. I ordered the duck entree and it was phenomenal. My friend ordered the Veal Cheek which had salt & pepper and this horseradish sauce that paired with it perfectly... The veal was so tender it melted in your mouth. Overall GREAT experience and would go again.
