  • Friendly mom-and-pop Thai/Laotian on the west side. Only one of the curries was listed as "spicy", and when I asked the server if that was the spiciest curry they had he said "no-- you want a spicy curry? We'll make you a spicy curry!" (so that's what I got-- and it was just like I wanted it!) With the demise of Suwanasak this is probably the best Thai food you'll find on the west side.
