  • If I could give ZERO, I would! Here twice in 2 days. The staff needs complete training in all areas. Today, I came in w/ my wife & daughter and the store was empty. The girl behind the counter kept repeating my order as something else. Hers ears didnt work. A mgr came over and did the same thing. I walked out with something I didnt order & they over charged me. To top it off, my daughters sandwich had a hair in it! And of course it was crowded now when I left cause all they can do is make coffee. Pathetic! Save ur self aggravation and go somewhere else!
