  • Buyer beware!!! This place is a total scam. I bought a 2014 Honda Civic over a year ago now. Worst car purchase ever. This car lot is owned by the person who own the finance company, as well as the mandatory warranty company that covered absolutely nothing that was wrong with my car. Honda had never heard of the warranty company and it covered nothing. Honda felt so bad that they gave me an awesome deal on the necessary repairs. I was told my car belong to one owner and that it had never been in an accidents according to Carfax at the time of purchase. Both statements were lies. Open lot blames the previous management for lying. My car is a complete lemon that has never felt safe on the road. The interest rate is so crazy that I have paid on it for over a year and still owe 15k on a 2014. They have so many extra fees attached that three other Reputable car lots couldn't understand how they have gotten away with their system. Worst customer service. I truly believe this may be the Biggest scam in Vegas!!!!
