I just had City Heating & Air over at my house to look at some HVAC balancing and the gentleman was honest, straight forward and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He spent a lot of time explaining the airflow issues and options due to the long run.
Beyond that, he took a look at the entire system after another company (major in Charlotte at that) advised I had a refrigerant leak. After his testing, he confirmed there was no leak and the system was performing as expected. He cleaned the outdoor unit and checked out the capacitor. He showed me everything he was doing so I understood the issue versus just writing up a random quote of things that were not needed.
I only found City Heating and Air Conditioning based on a local community website, but I'm glad I did.
