Brought a very nice wool and cotton kilim pillow cover to be dry cleaned and it was ruined by this dry cleaner. There was a water ring on the cotton backing that needed cleaning and not only did they not remove it (as had been done on a previous cleaning) it was made worse and the entire back was now tinged pink with white spots. I picked it up and took it home to discover the damage. There was no notification that the stain wasn't removed while I was in the shop. I returned to the store and was told a manager would contact me. No one did. I tracked him down myself at another location and was told he knew nothing of it and would call me in a few hours. Nothing. No one ever called me. Finally received my item back after I had to call myself to be sure it was ready. Was told that it was fixed after I asked the person on the phone to check it. Stain was less, but not full removed when I inspected it. Too fed up to bother with people at store level. Horrible customer service. Was going to let this go, but bothered every time I look at my now ruined, $40 pillow that is part of a 4 pillow set. Did I mention the entire thing had random threads and lint stuck to it the second cleaning that wasn't there when I brought it? Ugh.
