  • One of the least professional places out there. It is year end before my insurance finishes so I decided to book with these people for several appointments with my husband. What do they do? I show up on time paid for parking, and the lady who greeted me goes "oh your husband is not booked" and she checks her emails and yes indeed I was booked for two. Then she goes "well sorry but someone decided to deleted your husband's current and future appointments and they've been filled and we can't do anything" it's one thing to cancel one and to deal with it but the fact that they made the mistake and "CANT" do anything. Worst decision I made even stepping into this place. Advise, pay an extra 5$ and go somewhere else!
