  • 1. I do hormone replacement therapy, so one of the reasons I went there is because they advertise "hormone replacement therapy" on their site. However they won't prescribe you the medication because of their own policies (marked in red in the picture). 2. When you approach reception, there is a huge mess of papers all over their desks. Probably customer records, looks very unprofessional. 3. Receptionists seem unhappy with their job and fully stressed out. Not courteous or polite. 4. Had to wait more than 1h to be seen. 5. When called, I showed my ID (drivers license) and insurance card. Claiming "company policy" she wanted to take a photocopy of my ID. When I asked why, she just said said again "company policy". I have attached a picture of their policy for you to see this isn't mentioned anywhere. 6. The corridors leading to their office smell like urine. Unhygienic, unprofessional, false advertising, unfriendly staff. Yuck! Would not come back or recommend. 0/10.
