rev:text	I had this company for 5 years until today. I have never had problems with bugs when I had my old tech Sean, he did it on the side for us, but he moved and this was the company he worked for. I called the company and spoke with Earl, he was a little aggressive when I said i wanted to cancel and why, which was his tech refused to spray inside cause he said we don't need it. They just sprayed last week and now all of a sudden i have huge roaches in my house not dead or dying they are very much alive! He offered to put me on a different route but I said I would just prefer to cancel. He said if i needed anything in the future to let him know. THEN, my husband gets a voice mail from this guy about an hour later. I wish I was able to put the voice mail on this review. Earl called back and started saying that I was a liar, that he spoke with his tech and we never asked him to do the inside. Also said that my mother in law was probably the reason I was canceling, since she just cancelled them a few months ago too, and he hears she's a loon. Then after a minute and a half of how horrible I am he tells me that he would never take me back as a customer because I lie and to never talk about his business or he will have defamation of character suits filed against me. Not exactly sure what kind of customer service that was but I'm pretty sure that I won't be using that company ever again. If I find a way to put the voice mail on here, I definitely will.
