  • Absolutely horrible pre-sales experience. I called when I began to head in the direction of the dealership to make sure that I could come by and take a look at a car that they had listed on Auto Trader for several weeks at this point. While I was en-route, the "customer relations manager" called me back not long after I spoke to one of the used car sale associated, in order to confirm that I was still en-route to see the vehicle. This was on top of having quite the odd conversation with the sales rep in the first place, where he asked me questions such as, "How are you," right after we had already started our conversation. Upon arriving, m'lady and I found a bunch of the car sales associates huddled around laughing, while made m'lady quite uncomfortable. Of course, the sales associate I had spoken to on the phone was among them, and in fact they seemed to be huddled around in his office. The lady who had called me back was at the receptionist's desk, so I made the receptionist aware that I was there to see the sales rep that I spoke to on the phone and she asked me my name, the "customer relations manager" said, "Oh, I just spoke to you on the phone. Here, have my card in case you need anything." I was confused as to what situation needed to arise in order for me to require her services :-s In the end,I felt that the sales rep I dealt with made no effort what-so-ever to display actual interest in my situation as a customer (how I'd be paying, trade-in, etc. not mentioned at all). He also told me that they'd be giving amazing customer service since 2005 in terms of their after-sales service, where-as I'd had quite a few issues between 2006 & 2008. Furthermore, he told me that this just got the car in the other day, which made me wonder why they had is listed for several weeks on Auto Trader at that point (I guess he wasn't expecting that I'd had my eye on that vehicle for a while at that point). For the test drive, the sales rep that I spoke to had m'lady and I take the car around the block with his son in the back seat, who seemed to work for the dealership. It was the first time someone had sent me out for the test drive without either themselves accompanying me, or letting me take it out by myself. So all-in-all, this dealer gave me the worst experience I've ever had at an auto dealership. Unless they had something that no one else was able to provide me with in terms of a vehicle I was looking for, I don't see me returning there again.
