I made an appointment with Amy at 3:30, i got in her chair and she got started. About 10 minutes after ahe got started a snobby customer came in and was upset because she made an appointment with the owner Jen and was made to wait. Next thing you know I was asked to move so amy could finish the customer that Jen was working on she could take the customer that was upset. Jen didn't acknowledge my sacrifice, nor did she say thank you or acknowledge me for that matter. I have only been a customer for the last 6 years.
