  • I am not sure why the bad reviews, but my experience was as good as it gets! I spent about 15 minutes with Julie, who reviewed my situation (bad credit) and referred me to an apartment exactly within my price range and exactly in the location that I wanted to be. I applied a few days later and was approved (yay!) I had already been declined at 3 different apartments and spending the few dollars for a credit check with Julie saved me who-knows-how-much in application fees for apartments that I would have been declined for. I decided to go to Local Home Hunters after finding them on craigslist because I was sick of throwing good money after bad. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Julie was super knowledgeable about the complex she referred me to, and very professional all around.Thank you!
