  • Wow! Just called to schedule an appointment to have them come out and do an inspection/tuneup before cranking up my heater. They asked if I had a home warranty and I said yes. They won't do business with me. Told me to call one of the warranty company's contacts. I told her I don't plan to use the warranty company and they said doesn't matter they will not service anyone with a home warranty. So I guess if you want to do business with be sure to tell them you have no home warranty. Makes no sense to me.
