  • I just took my six year old daughter into the salon this evening for a back to school hair cut. She didn't want anything too fancy... just a trim on her length and layers and she wanted to get side bands. I was pretty nervous as she usually just gets trims, and I've seen some pretty messed up or uneven side bangs on women before... so I was hesitant but wanted her to get the style she wanted. We called at 4:30 and didn't know the salon closed at 5pm. We were told to come on in as we were less than 10 minutes away. Emily took us back to do my baby girls hair. She was great! Very pleasant to talk to during the cut, and really listened to what we wanted and communicated with us about what would happen if we went shorter or longer... gave us options and was never pushy. Her name was similar to my daughters so my little girl liked that. lol. We didn't feel rushed at all even though we got there right before close, which to be honest, I expected to be rushed. Emily is amazing and friendly and a very sweet and talented hair stylist. My daughters hair looks amazing!! I will be booking with her in the near future to get my own hair done!
