  • Stopped into the Big O on rural with an overheating issue. The store manager, Tim, was who I was working with. He told me he would perform a quick inspection to let me know what was going on. Turns out, I needed a thermostat that wouldn't be in until the next day (I came in almost st closing). Tim was so awesome, he agreed to even give me a ride home! What great customer service! I was called before 9am the next morning letting me know my car was finished and ready to be picked up. I strongly recommend going to see these guys. Tim and the crew are all fantastic!
