  • Our business is under State Security from Verona, PA. For service calls, they do not answer their phone no matter what time of the day you call during business hours, you will always leave a message and wait for a return phone call. We have had several alarms going off at out offices since Sunday and we were promised a service call that never happened. We had to call several times to try to get this rectified because we can't work with this constant ringing and alarms, it is so annoying! They want to take your money, install and run. There are better companies out there who are interested in their customers and helping them get any issue resolved. This company is not one of them. Good luck with your search!
