Wife and I went for a run here around the 1.4 mile paved loop, not a huge loop, but a couple times around wasn't boring, with trees and water views. They have many mile markers around the loop, almost too many. You don't really need to know every 0.1 increment, it's like driving, the more you notice the signs, the longer it feels til you get to where you're going.
Around the loop, there appeared to be a ton of little offshoots with a grill and picnic table areas. They also have tennis courts and a playground.
They charge a couple bucks to get in on the weekends apparently, but there was no charge on the weekday we went.
