rev:text	Went to see a new NP Ron Rodriguez for my annual visit this week. I had a 9:15 am appointment but was not seen until 10:15 am. I was left inside a freezing waiting room. It must have been 50 degrees in that room, even he said so when he came in but he did not apologize for it. My visit with him took literally 60 seconds. He said Hello, shook my hand, did not introduce himself. He asked me how I am doing. I said, I am okay. I just need my prescriptions refilled. He was unable to access my chart. They have been having trouble with accessing my chart on the computer for 4 years and no one has done anything about it! He then asked me the names of the meds that I am on and said they will call it in my pharmacy for me. That was it! He did not even listen to my heart and lungs! I am an RN myself and I felt so disgusted by this particular visit! It took another 2 days for them to finally call in my refills for me and I had to call the office everyday and leave messages to his MA Andrea to literally beg them to do it. I am very disappointed by all of this. And to think that I have stayed loyal to WVIM for the past 12.5 years despite them going through so many providers over the course of these years. I am now searching for a new PCP.
