  • We dropped our short hair lab mix off for a bath, nail trim and brush out at 9:15am, we were told it could take UP TO 4 hours which is normal for a groomer. We called several times and were told he wasn't ready, he still wasn't ready by 5pm when they close! My husband had to wait while another upset customer was complaining to staff that his puppy was there for 5 hours longer then he should've been. They didn't give our dog any potty breaks or any water the 8 HOURS he was here, when we got home he frantically ran to his water bowl and then outside. One of the employees was walking around holding a small child and not tending to the dogs, even her superior seemed annoyed with her about this. Very unprofessional. After we got upset with them they offered a 10% discount and some poor excuse of an apology. Never coming back here for grooming, if my dog was older their treatment could've caused some serious damage.
