  • Needs new Marketing Director Badly. Should have checked yelp prior to requesting service. Same story as below, go the flyer in the mail and signed up for the service. We live in a small apt and only needed roughly 800 sq. ft (2 rooms) done. We were quoted roughly 22-25$. When the guy came to the house suddenly it was 130$. Both my husband and I are in sales, so I would have understood if they quoted us double but more than 4x+ is outrageous. Terrible customer experience. The guy that came to the house was snappy and quick to place the blame on us for not listening. To be that misleading is horrible business practice. They clearly do not want return customers. BEWARE -update- Just called to speak with a manager and he was astoundingly rude. Claimed that all of these yelp reviews are lies. I simply called to explain that I was having the exact same experience as all the yelp reviews so the can't be lies. He was rude, played the blame game, said I didn't listen clearly when I booked the appointment etc. I almost can't even be mad at his hostility because I imagine they deal with this complaint on a daily basis. Clearly no interest in reoccurring business. Too bad, I own 3 houses that could use a steam.....
