  • Called the day before and they offered me an appt the following morning. I showed up right on time, planning to wait there, because it was only a half-hour job. Got all checked in and gave him my keys. Then he informs me that he won't have anybody in to do the work until an hour later. Then why make an appt if you know you can't do it at the appointed time, or reasonably close to it? The reason is to make you wait and prevent you from going somewhere else. That way they keep the business.....tough luck about wasting your time. You see, they believe their time is more valuable than yours. It was my first visit to a Sun Devil Auto, and is also my last. It really is hard to find an honest shop who does what they say they will. Update: Translation of their "comment"......blah blah blah.
