  • I went here for the first time today and there were a lot of disappointing things. Firstly, they didn't seem to know what a cortado was and had to ask me about how to make it. Then I had to pay two separate transactions for two items because the girl serving me did not seem knowledgeable about her POS system. I went to get water and the water was empty and I mentioned this and both the employees were just sitting there chatting. They didn't believe me that the water was empty. Then instead of first filling my cup, someone spent a stupid amount of time filling a water bottle and bringing it over, then left without taking the other empty bottles with him. There were dirty dishes on 80% of the surfaces while these two were just chatting. Pretty sad that this place is so cute yet the employees take their job for granted and don't try to make the service satisfactory. I also was never apologized to for such terrible service, pretty surprising. Cute atmosphere and the coffee isn't bad, but they really need to get rid of those employees and hire some people that take pride in their work and know how to function in the hospitality industry.
