  • This was the most unfriendliest place I have ever been to. The owner, Monica, does not listen to her customers and while she was doing my nails she was watching a show on her phone. Basically not caring for my needs or paying attention to detail. And every time I tell her that one nail isn't placed right, she would sigh and roll her eyes. Im a very easy going person and many times I would let things slide. But I came in yesterday to get a full set. I went to the guy technician ( I don't know his name) and he was rude right off the bat. I asked for the simplest shape of nails ( short and square and just regular nail polish) and from what I saw on their price chart it's said $22 for regular full set, yet I still asked him how much it would cost and he said "$27" I mentioned to him that I didn't want gel polish nor did I want to have coffin nails or any other nail shape and I also didn't want any design on it. But he said to me "i don't know what the price would be I have to work on your nails" it bothered me but I let it go. While he was doing my nails I notice my right index finger was crooked, he insisted on telling me "that is just your finger" i admits my index finger is crooked but that doesn't me the nail has to be, I've been to many nail salons and never had them place a nail so horribly, only here. And I even told him that as well, he said to me, "then go there" but I allowed that to slide. I didn't want to make a scene or show my anger. I asked (in a very polite manner ) if he can remove it and replace it, ( keep in mind I had no color on my nails and he didn't even finish filling in my left hand) and he refused to with such bad attitude. I was so disappointed and at that moment I didn't know what to do. Because I'm paying and I'm the one that's going to be wearing the nails not him so I want it to be perfect. He drop his utensils and said to me "you always do this" as if I went to him before and he knows me. I ended up taking my money and leaving while my hands were unfinished. I never felts so disrespected in my life. Please don't waste your money here! They are so rude and they do not care about the customer only our money. That same day I went to the nails salon across the street from them by Albertsons called "designer's nails" I explained to them what happened and ended up getting a technician name Kelly, she was so sweet and caring. And she understood my disappointment. She happily removed the nail that wasn't place right and replaced it and while she was replacing it she made sure from me, thats how I wanted the nail to be placed. And she did an amazing job and I felt so much hospitality in this place. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a sweet man, unlike this place I am writing a review on, there was no hospitality, and they were very rude. And like I said they don't care about the customer only their money. Never coming back here again and I suggest you do the same.
