  • I've been dealing with Equity Title for our escrow on our first house purchase, and it's been great. From the first time I walked in to drop of our earnest money deposit, to the phone call I just got off of, they've been nothing but polite and professional. Denise and her team are the ones handling our escrow. I've been dealing mainly with Karen, and she's amazing, but everyone has been great. I had a couple questions on the differences of how we could hold title, and the different types of title insurance, and even though they can't give that kind of advise, they were able to be very helpful with what they could explain. There has never been a time that I had to hold to talk to someone, and my calls were always answered during business hours. I actually just got off the phone with Karen, but the question I had required Denise to answer. Denise happened to be on another call, so Karen asked if she could call me back. No problem, and I expected to hear from her within a couple hours. NOPE!! Within 20 minutes she had talked to Denise, they tracked down the answer together and had called me back. That's service. All that's left is for us to sign our papers, and we will conclude our dealings with Equity Title for this purchase. But it has been a pleasure.
