  • THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED AT. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My visit here was from Mar 7-9. It was a reservation booked on Orbitz.com. So many issues. #1 They were going through construction. It would have been nice to be aware of this as I knew I would need to take advantage of however many hours of sleep I could get in due to it being a long trip. Well 8am on both Tuesday & Wednesday, I hear staff having a loud meeting right outside my room window. Tuesday. They changed the screen on my window at that time, which included banging and loud talking right by my head. What in the world is wrong with these people ?! #2 online it said they had breakfast. Tuesday morning, since I'm up so early -_- , for reasons aforementioned I call to ask what time breakfast ends & to my surprise, they aren't serving breakfast. NOW IM PISSED. #3 amenities: what kind of hotel doesn't have amenities ? I am a female and in my room there was men's 2-1 & a little bottle of shampoo. Where is your conditioner?! How about some shower gel ?!?! #4 why was the lobby closed when I came home at 4:30am ?!?! I had left my room key in my friends car & thought I'll get to the hotel & ask the lobbyist for a new key. It is Vegas anyway, the city that never sleeps. Well, wrong!! To my added unpleasantness, I had to call & call my friend until he woke up and dropped it off 30mins later. While I was freezing outside.
