rev:text	I once again have no idea what everyone is complaining about. I stayed here for a weekend and the service was great and was a late checkout with no problems. Parking is the main negative. They only have valet service which was very convenient because I was not accustomed to the cold weather. However it costs 16 dollars. That should be clearly stated prior to booking. At first we were jaded about the price, but once we realized we didn't bring proper outerwear for Cleveland's frigid wind the valet was a lifesaver. The room was impeccable. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel is newly renovated. We had a nice view and the bathroom was huge. Whatever we needed the staff kindly brought to us and refused to take a tip. Whenever we called down for our car it was out front by the time we got downstairs. The cleaning woman reminded us upon checkout to make sure we didn't forget our phone chargers or anything in the bathroom. They however did not clean our room between the nights, but did provide us with new bath towels upon request. The front desk staff was very helpful. They answered any questions about the area we had. I did visit the gym facility and it had anything you could need for a vacation workout: Free weights, bosu ball, cable machines, elipticals, treadmills, and bicycles. The lobby is very relaxing spent, I spent about an hour at night and sat by the fireplace where the hotel provides you with water that has pineapple slices. All in all I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was very convenient to so many places. I would stay here again.
