  • So glad i came here! I had been to a different Joes Auto location and I'm happy there was another one close to my new apartment. My drivers side rear window wouldn't roll up a few months ago and took it to the dealership. This time it was my passenger rear window and I decided to bring it here. It happened to be the window regulator (which was the same as last time) and seemed to be a couple hundred dollars cheaper. Chris at the front desk was very professional and helpful. I was able to drop it off and wait while it got worked on. There's a nice waiting area, nothing special but about 6 chairs, a water dispenser, and TV that you can either watch the news or the guy at the front desk can put on Netflix. Pretty sure I'll be coming here from now on to get anything fixed or just a basic oil change. Check em out!
