| - I really wish I would have read the reviews on Yelp and other sites before using my gift certificate! Had I known that I was going to waste a perfectly good afternoon there, I would have gifted this to someone else. I'm not one to ever complain or write a bad review but I'm so disappointed!
The 2 stars go to Dee for the massage. It was actually great and I'd give her a 5 if I was only rating her work...and if she worked elsewhere, I'd go back to her as I felt she was very professional!
The upgraded pedi was fair... She was nice and conversation was easy but I'd rather go somewhere much less expensive, with a massage chair and a good foot and leg massage. It was very quick and by no means relaxing.
My final service which I most looked forward to was a facial.... I guess that's what they call it. Awful.... Worst I've ever had. Where is the locker room, robe, head band so you don't leave with your hair soaking wet and crunchy from the masque. Terri was by no means friendly, didn't ask me my name, anything about my skin, or how my day was, etc. I wasn't given the choice to wear a robe or take my shirt off. Thankfully I had on an old t-shirt because it was soaking wet. She was rushed, rough, and the room was as bright as could be. Then she put on a mask and said it takes 20 min. No steam, no extra foot, hand, neck massage! During my 20+ minute wait, I took work calls and checked email and Facebook! Seriously, I did!
I was a so ready to get out of there and so was she.... As I was paying the bill.... She stood 5 feet behind me with her purse and keys in hand!
NEVER AGAIN! If you live in the South Hills go see Annie at VIP nails in Peters/Donaldsons crossroads for mani/pedi and hands down, Lisa Stovash at Bronzed in St Clair is the best esthetician for facials, brows, etc!
