  • My wife and i walked into this store just to find out a bit of information in regards to e-cigarettes. I don't smoke but i wanted to but a kit for my mother for her birthday. We told the guy we were just browsing and didn't really have enough information yet to make a purchase. He was totally cool and sat with us for 30 minutes. He walked us through how everything works and what kind of options were out there. he asked about my mother's smoking habits and then made recommendations on what would work best for her. He told us not to worry about the high-end units until my mother has vaped for a while as everyone has their own preferences. He was so friendly and explained everything so well that we ended up buying a full kit at a great price. Great customer service goes a long way!! Ps. My mom has been using the unit for a while now and loves it. The flavours he recommended were a huge hit.
