  • I can start off by saying that I do not do many reviews. I am in the Hotel Hospitality industry. Planning a trip is always a stressful event. The team I encountered at the Fort Apache location were Outstanding!! Easy website to reserve a car. Per policy the car would be available at 12pm, Before arriving to pick up the car, I called and asked if a complimentary upgrade was available (Plus it was my BDAY). Advise by Aleyda in the most polite manner, and upgrade was not available, but they would see what was a available upon arrival. As a supervisor in the hotel business guest ask me that ALL DAY LONG. FINGERS CROSSED I headed over to Enterprise. My check in process by Tim Gebbia was flawless, he was delightful to interact with. Completing my check in, I was presented with an upgrade by Aleyda Alelyda!!! My bday trip just got sweeter.......Back to reality a few days later. Once again my check out process was completed by Aleyda. Aleyda was extremely courteous, asking how my trip was. A comp drop off home was also given by a sweet young lady. Looking forward to my next trip!!
