  • Chose Firestone due to the good reviews here on Yelp and due to it's convenient location. My car is in need of some TLC and decided to get a change oil here. I decided to scope out their website to set an appointment and did so with ease. I saw they had coupons for Oil Change from $19.99 to $49.99 depending on the service and printed them off to see if they would apply, considering today was the last day. Came in prior to my appointment and was told that I needed a Full Synthetic Oil for my Mini Cooper. I asked about the different kinds of oils to make sure it was appropriate for my car. My coupon was not applied, but the person helping me did give me a $15 rebate for my oil filter. The total cost for my oil + filter change came out to be $68. The service was good in terms of conversation. They let me know it would take about an hour. Took an hour and a half, with two cars in front of me. I appreciate that the estimated wait time was in the ball park. However, if you're looking for a place that's quick ... you might want to consider somewhere else. My appointment was at 11:30 on a Wednesday. As of now, pretty happy with my car.
