An old school smoke house with German-style sausages handmade by old-country Rocky. One of the few spots in town to get blood sausage, the meat here has the bonus if being good value for money. A modest selection of hard to find German and Eastern European dry goods are also for sale (e.g. Extra large jars of sour cherries and winekraut). The staff are very helpful and let you sample products at will. A dedicated parking lot in the otherwise parking-deprived Bridgeland is a nice extra!
