  • Worst place ever and high rent. We had a water leak and the ceiling was in very bad condition it took over a month to fix the problem. I have seen golden huge cockroaches by the front of their leasing office in the middle of the day! There is dog's poop around the apartment complex. The sand in the play area has lots of cat's poop. The maintenance supervisor is very rude. The manager (Linda) is very quiet. She limits her answers to short phrases and does nothing to solve my complains. The young lady with red hair disappeared my leasing application and said only my husband completed the application. I had to send them proof to solve this misunderstanding created by that young lady. Here you have to pay HOA and other expensive Community fees (CAM charges). I have had lots of issues living here. We got a dirty carpet, dirty windows, dirty balcony, etc. My fridge had some rust. The maintenance supervisor said he couldn't do anything. I had to send them an email about this and they brought a smaller fridge and by the way is not brand new. Now I have a smaller fridge. Can you believe it?? I have nails under the carpet. This is a bad safety hazard. Worst place ever for the high cost. Please read all their reviews on Facebook, Yelp and through the internet. I am not the only one with bad experience. You can find a better place way much cheaper. By the way they don't answer my emails. I like to send them emails to have everything in writing. I have sent them several emails, because I have had lots of problems with this apartment. They don't answer my emails. Only once Blanca (the assistant manager) answered one email. Unbelievable! Can't wait for my lease to end since they don't care at all about our satisfaction! They have a cat infestation however they have sand in the playground. If you want the keys for the pool or gym you have to pay.
