  • I was so excited to have this T-Mobile store come to the Pavilions. But when I had an issue with my phone, they tried to sell me something I didn't need and were very aggressive about it. A man came out from the back and was very rude. I tried to be nice about the situation, giving them an "out" that they made a mistake. The man made it clear that HE was the owner and owned another T-Mobile store...and he was doing me a favor by correcting it. What??? I certainly won't be going back to this particular T-Mobile store. Stay away!
