  • My personal experience with Capital Cartage was very negative. After reviewing https://www.protectyourmove.gov/ I have come to learn that many of the things that occurred are flags for mover fraud. They wouldn't provide a binding or non-binding estimate and any discussion with the owner became hostile with the end result being no further clarification on charges. They didn't properly protect our items and insisted they had even though as they pulled them out they were not protected. They have a previous complaint in the http://nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov/HomePage.asp and if people were aware of how to file, I believe there would be more our there. They are listed as CAPITAL MOVING & STORAGE, INC.
