  • All time worst shopping experience at an Ann Taylor store! Employees were rude, short tempered and inexperienced. My husband had to ask for help while I was in the dressing room. Ordered pants that never arrived. In fact, the order was never successfully placed! When I called to question the order, they were short with me and unwilling to help. iPads weren't working properly that day. Won't be going back into that store again.
