  • This actually deserves NO STARS. Long story short - yelled at by a customer service rep here and told to never come back because we tried to make a transaction right. We paid for something in advance and never received it for 4 months and they claimed it was our fault for paying for something that they never really agreed to give to us. Despite a receipt/sales contract. I have never been yelled at by a sales person before but man he certainly had the guts to lash out at us and treat us badly in the store. I do not recommend this store at all. All in all, your probably reading this thinking this is absurd.. And it is. My jaw is still on the floor as I type this.
