  • Today, as our electrician was installing our new craftmade ceiling fan, we found out that our particular fan had a faulty electrical part. So, I immediately called Statewide, where we purchased the unit from and explained our problem to Robin. Even though when I called it was after regular business hours, she immediately brought us over a new replacement part, that worked perfectly! I can not say enough good about the service that we received today, but will always recommend this business to anyone wanting GREAT old fashioned customer service! Thanks Robin, for going out of your way.
