Julie is great but its so fast paced. If you love sprints and double time then you will love her. Really liked the heavy resistance slower paced songs. Crossing my fingers for a 7 am cyclone class during the week with Gabby. She is great all around and is perfect for a beginner like me with a great combination. The boot camp class is great too. 30 minutes on the bike is doable with Julie and then you get an all around great workout with 15 minutes of TRX and kettlebells. Make sure you sign up by phone or online. Bikes are limited and they turned away two of my girlfriends this morning.
