  • We went through the drive thru, waiting 10min to order. Legs and thighs special. They didn't ask if we wanted original or crispy, told us we couldn't substitute mashed potatoes for coleslaw. After telling her our coupon said we could substitute, she agreed to. The chicken was the worst I have ever had there. We have been going there since it opened, and each year it has gone down hill. The chicken tasted like it was made yesterday. It was so dried up and overdone. We haven't been for awhile since I have been ill. I was so looking forward to the great chicken that usually is kfc. I was so disgusted. I guess I will have to go to Popeyes from now on.
