  • This company is a rip off---they gave us an estimate to do a job at our daughter's house that was sky high---$4500 when Pure Plumbing did the whole thing for $2500 and did it perfectly. YES came out to our house to give us an estimate on a tankless water heater---again ridiculously high estimate, way over what our neighbors heard from another company we learned the next day! My husband allowed them to install a water heater (traditional type) and that was a huge mistake---they charged us $2500 and I had to have them come back because the next day the recirculating pump didn't work---they failed to bleed the air out of the line the day before! A week later we discovered Pure Plumbing who installed the very same water heater at our daughter's for $1000! Never say yes to YES is our motto from here on out.
