  • We ordered an ice cream cake and paid for it two days in advance yet when we went to pick it up, we were told it wasn't ready yet. The young woman behind the counter said she had just got there and didn't know anything but went back to find out and said the cake was assembled but not decorated but if we were willing to wait a bit they might be able to do it. However, there were about a dozen people in line and they had promised the cake would be ready by 4:00 and it was nearly 4:30 and we were already late getting to the birthday party this cake was for. I've ordered cakes from this location for the last 3-4 years and this was the first problem we've had here. We were able to get our money back but the employee seemed reluctant to do it. We got a call the next day from the manager apologizing and he offered to have the cake made and given to us free of charge. We picked it up four days later and had no hassles.
