  • ridiculous business model with zero customer service. The storefront at their show room screens "open" to the public which presumably means they would like to encourage foot traffic to come in. However , it's staffed with one person who has zero information about what kind of work the company CAN do, how much any of the products or materials cost and any sort of timeline on appointments how long consruction will take etc. it appears that her sole function is to schedule appointment for a salesperson. she went on to talk about a second and third appointment in the future. they should have a sign on the door that states open to the public by appointment only.
